Storyliner does not collect personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your timelines stay on your device.
Data we collect
None. We do not collect, receive, sell or share personal data or usage data from the app.
Where your timelines live
Timelines, events, characters, places, peoples and calendars are saved only on your device, in the app’s private folder. If you have turned on iCloud Backup or a computer backup, they are included in your device backup like any other app data, according to the settings you chose.
Purchases
Storyliner Pro is sold through the App Store. Payment, billing and your Apple ID are handled entirely by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit to show prices and to check whether Pro is active on your Apple ID; this exchange happens between your device and Apple. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple gives developers aggregated sales reports that do not identify you.
Network
The only connections the app makes are to Apple’s App Store, for prices and subscription status. The links to these pages open in your browser.
Exports and backups
When you export an image, a PDF or a .storyliner backup file, the file is created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet: you decide where it goes. Storyliner keeps no copy and sends it nowhere.
Permissions
Storyliner asks for no system permissions: no camera, location, contacts, photos or notifications.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included.
This website
These pages are static. They set no cookies, load no fonts or scripts from other servers and use no analytics. The provider that hosts them may process technical data such as your IP address in its server logs to deliver and protect the site; we do not use that data to identify you.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. For data related to purchases, contact Apple. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
